Job Description
We are currently recruiting highly qualified candidates, whose background and career goals meet our needs, for the following position in our Huntsville, AL facility. Please note that due to our Department of Defense contract requirements, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.
Position Title: Purchasing Administrator
Job Purpose:
Provide support through Data Entry of Purchase Orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Duties:
Enters data from a source document into a computer system. Verifies entries for accuracy and completeness. May convert data from one electronic system to another. Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures. May work with stand alone data systems as required. Will also interface with Purchasing personnel to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
Requirements:
* Associates Degree
* Computer Experience
