Manufacturing Technician
JOB PURPOSE:
Will perform a variety of Printed Circuit Board Fabrication Processes, including but not limited to Coverlay Tacking and Lamination, Taping / Tape removal, Flex lay up and Material Preparation. This is a general skill position and job specific training will be provided.
NATURE OF DUTIES:
* Will perform manufacturing operations in support of flex, rigid flex, and rigid product lines.
* Will perform a variety of process operations as noted above.
* Additionally, this role will require collection and recording of certain information used to fulfill the customer documentation requirements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Must be able to follow instructions and be able to learn new processes..
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in PCB industry preferred.
* Must have good attention to detail and good quality.
* Must be available to work overtime as dictated by business necessity.
* The Job requires long periods of standing up to 80%.
* Must have good communications skills.
* Good manual dexterity is essential in performing this process.
