Raytheon Technologies $1B+ Air and Missile Defense Program (AMDR) program team is looking for an Earned Value Management Subject Matter Expert.

The AMDR Program is part of the SPY6 Family of Radars Portfolio that are designing and manufacturing cutting edge radar capability for the U.S. Navy.

In this role you will be the Manager I Program Cost Scheduling and Control/Finance manager responsibility for the AMDR EVMS including generating, managing, and delivering the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) for the AMDR program. This will require the individual to learn and understand the contract deliverables and the key milestones of the program. In addition, you will work closely with the Program Control Account Managers (CAMS), planning and scheduling, program management, operations and supply chain.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Creating and Maintaining the EVM Monthly Cadence Calendar
2. Ensuring all relevant information needed from internal stakeholders is delivered to finance and planning on time
3. Ensuring the IPMR is delivered on time and within compliance of the AMDR Program, Raytheon, and Govt standards
4. Creating and adjudicating all Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) EVMS Compliance Metrics leveraging the Raytheon standard tools and processes.
5. This role will direct report to the AMDR Business Manager and will be supported by the oversight and guidance of the SPY6 Earned Value Management Business Process Manager.

Required Education, Skills & Experience:

* Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting Business, Math, Economics or related field is required

* At least 6 years experience in financial analysis, program controls or related (4 years with a related Masters Degree)

* Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) is required

* Experienced in the use of SAP and Delteks wInsight

* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills

Highly Desired Skills:

* Strong working knowledge of the following US Govt documents:
* Earned Value Management (EVMS) DFARS 234.201; DFARS Provision 252.234-7001 and -7002
* ANSI EIA 748 Earned Value Management; specifically the EVMS Intent Guide 32 guidelines
* IPMR Data Item Description (DID) DI-MGMT-81861A
* Defense Contract Management Agency; EVMS Compliance Metrics, EVMS Compliance Procedures
* Business Warehouse/AIO
* Able to operate thru complex problems
* Ability to adjust to changing priorities without jeopardizing deadlines or work product quality
* Excellent Communication and Data and Time Management Skills
* Experience working in and with US Aerospace Defense Industry Partners
* Working knowledge of Raytheons Performance Measurement Excellence (PMX) Tool Suite
* Understanding of complex schedules/critical path analysis
