JOB DESCRIPTION
Control Account Manager (CAM)

Raytheon Intelligence and Space is seeking a Control Account Manager (CAM) to join our team in support of the COBRA DANE Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) program team. The CAM is responsible and accountable for cost and schedule integration and managing the technical, schedule and cost targets for multiple programs at a Control Account (CA) level, including technical scope of work within the CA. The CAM will work with the existing program-management team located in Colorado Springs, CO and across the U.S. to implement program-management processes to ensure compliance with governmental and contract requirements. The desired candidate is experienced with a working knowledge of CAM responsibilities and the Earned Value-Management System (EVMS) to assist the program managers in guiding a distributed team towards a common goal of effective program implementation.

The effective candidate will be responsible to work with Planning personnel for the analysis of Program Master Phasing Schedules, Integrated Master Plans (IMP), and the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) maintenance and management for multiple simultaneous programs. Further, the candidate will be expected to work with Finance personnel to ensure compliance with Raytheon standards and policies for cost aspects of the assigned programs.

Responsible for partnering with the program team to ensure the schedule/program plan is executable (cost, schedule and technical requirements are fully integrated) and executing as planned. Provides weekly and monthly metrics on schedule status, baseline maintenance, critical path analysis, latest revised estimates, and schedule variance analysis. To be effective in this role the candidate must be able to develop excellent relationships with Program-Management, Finance, IPTs, planners, and customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS

* 6+ years of professional experience in control account-management, business-management, program-management, financial-management, or program planning and scheduling
* Experience with Earned Value-Management System (EVMS); ability to be EVMS-certified within 6 months of hire
* Experience in Using MS office suite products
* Experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules. (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software)
* Experience in cost estimate development
* Experience in integrating IMSs to APEX, MPM, EVMS tools
* Experience in assisting Integrated Product Teams (IPT) in planning and scheduling
* Experience in planning, tracking and executing systems engineering and software development lifecycle activities
* Demonstrated experience with Risk and Opportunity-Management and experience in conducting Schedule Risk Analysis
* Demonstrated ability to balance technical/cost/schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders in a professional and diplomatic manner
* Demonstrated ability to deliver customer-focused solutions
* The ability to be agile in a deadline-oriented environment
* Ability to obtain a security clearance
* Ability to multi-task and management multiple programs simultaneously
* Act as a mentor (formal and informal) to team members

DESIRED SKILLS

* Demonstrated understanding of IPDS
* Familiar with Schedule RAACCE, Agile/Scrum
* Experience and knowledge of Cost Estimating/BOE generation
* Experience working with USAF customers
* Qualified Six Sigma Specialist or equivalent or ability to receive qualification within 1 year of hire

REQUIRED EDUCATION

* Master's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or an Associate's degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Clearance required: Secret - current
U.S. Citizenship status is required.

In compliance with Colorados Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $ 86,500 to $160,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, education/training, and key skills.
