Raytheon Technologies currently has an exciting IT position available that supports the mission of making the world a safer place. We are currently seeking an Operation Lead with a proven track record of driving operational excellence. These tasks include but are not limited to Operations Management focused on operation metrics, processes standardization, operation performance and change management. The Operation Lead will be working closely with managers and senior managers to develop areas of focus to centralize and streamline operation processes and documentations to support the IT professionals and to operate more effectively across geographical locations.
Job Duties:
Organization reporting
Develop and maintain dashboard metrics
Develop change communication plans
Develops and maintain job requisition
Manage training plans
Process management
Develop and maintains program state of health matrix
Manages incident (ticketing) tool
Required Skills:
* Experience using formal project management methodologies
* Experience with ITIL
* Deep understanding of IT operations
* Proven ability to operate within a matrix resource environment
* Skilled in the identification and coordination of stakeholders with the ability to reconcile competing interests among stakeholders
* Superb written and oral communication skills; must be capable of engaging organizational leaders and project beneficiaries with diverse backgrounds
* Applied knowledge of common project management skills and discipline such as earned value, risk management, quality management, etc.
* Ability to use Microsoft Project
* Skilled in the identification and coordination of stakeholders with the ability to reconcile competing interests among stakeholders
Desired Skills:
* Experience with SAFe & Jira Tool
* Deep IT technical background
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
