Job Description
The RSS Product Line is seeking a Program Operations manager responsible for supporting the RI&S ISRS Mission Area known as Advanced Maritime Radar (AMR).
In this position, the Program Operations lead will partner with the Program Management Office, key team members, and factory operation performers to shape, develop and execute the strategies, objectives, cost, and schedule of the product line are achieved and sustained.
The successful candidate will lead and execute aspects of operations pertaining to the AMR programs from business idea identification through development, production, sustainment, and closeout.
Required Skills
* Minimum of 6 years of program operations, management, or equivalent related experience
* Financial acumen - EVMS Training and/or Certification
* Well rounded business and project management background - IPDS/Gates, Risk Management, Command Media, Performance Measurement Systems, Engineering Change Processes, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
* Ability to analyze and use metrics and to articulate complex issues into succinct, cohesive summaries and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders
* Capable at problem solving and creating structure when vaguely defined problems arise
* Must be a US Citizen as the position will require the ability to access US only Data Systems
* Must be a U.S. Citizen as the position will require the ability to attain a DoD Secret Clearance within 1 year of employment start date

Desired Skills:
* Experience in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing policies, procedures, and/or experience with RF components, RF Subassemblies, and RF Systems
* Experience in front end of the business activities - proposals, IRAD, capital investment and appropriation
* Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies
* Experience in SAP and or ERP
* Experience in multi-site leadership
* Experience in preparing executive-level discussion documents
* Active Top Secret Clearance
Required Education:
* Bachelors Degree in Business or Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field of Technology
Desired Education:
* Master's Degree in Business or Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field of Technology
