GENERAL SUMMARY
This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing dedicated, professional, and confidential administrative support to the Senior Market Director, as well as the Key Account Sales Managers, while working in conjunction with other departments across the Pacific Northwest Market. The Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Pacific Northwest Senior Market Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material daily
* Monitor e-mail and phone calls; proactively responding to and problem-solving issues as necessary
* Oversee multiple calendars for self and Sr. Market Director
* Coordinate all travel, proactively ensuring arrangements meet Managers needs for maximum productivity, completing monthly reconciliation of Travel & Entertainment expenditures
* Own Sales Incentive tracking for the Market, distributing progress updates as requested
* Build and generate ad hoc Sales reporting
* Update contact, distribution, and phone lists for Market regularly and as requested by Region/Headquarters
* Assist with setup and execution of customer meetings and Market trade tours for Senior Market Director and Key Account Sales Managers
* Coordinate from start to finish onsite and offsite staff meetings and external events including team meetings, leadership planning meetings, people planning meetings, and team/community events
* Support special requests for meetings such as offsite room booking, meal provisions, AV, etc.
* Process systems access requests for Senior Market Director and Retail Sales team
* Partner with Administrative Assistants and all other function teams for seamless support and project coordination
* Take on timebound special projects as needed with the ability to prioritize and prevent outages in regular daily tasks

Qualifications/Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

* 5+ years of administrative support, preferably in the Consumer Goods Industry
* Bachelors degree
* Strong computer skills and detailed knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly become proficient in multiple internal IT systems
* Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency
* Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
* Self-starter with aptitude to work under minimal supervision set goals, create and implement action plans, time management, and monitor progress toward goals
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills
* Respects & values differences and acts with integrity
* Ability to work proficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
* Must be a strong team player
