The L&D team is responsible for all training initiatives for Frito-Lay North America. This L&D analyst position supports design and development of our Supply Chain training content, with a specific focus on supporting a variety of projects that support in-role development and Supply Chain Onboarding programs.
Responsibilities include:
* Responsible for staying connected with various Supply Chain teams to understand their learning needs and how to simplify their roles through learning solutions.
* Leverage design and development tools and design-expertise to develop skills and build training content that targets individual and team development (including eLearning, mobile learning, virtual training, and instructor-led training, etc.)
* Design, develop, implement and maintain Supply Chain onboarding and in-role training content
* Create, manage and communicate project plans
* Partner with external vendors to project manage the development of training programs
* Create various communication tools including but not limited to job aids, guides, internal websites ( portals), etc. to ensure clients have quick access to L&D training programs and requirement
* Leverage the PepsiCo Learning Management Systems (My Learning) for organizing, deploying, managing, housing all training content
* Research and identify internal/external solutions for new learning frameworks, technologies, and strategies
* Aligns learning plans and leverages content from PepsiCo University, other sectors and external sources
Qualifications/Requirements

* Autonomous management of multiple projects
* Knowledge of learning design and development best practices
* Project Management expertise
* Client relationship management and ownership
* Ownership of broad and complicated training initiatives
* Leveraging innovative learning approaches
* 3-5 years experience in a related field
* Undergraduate degree in Learning Design, HR or Organizational Management preferred
