Required
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology or equivalent experience
- Strong OO design and programming skills
- Experience developing enterprise-grade server-side Java applications
- Strong understanding of microservices architectures
- Desire to work in an agile, high-performing, multi-team environment.
- Participation in peer/code reviews
- Strong grasp and use of software testing practices
- Desire to understand and question product requirements to arrive at the best solutions

Desirable
- Familiarity with containers and container orchestration platforms (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Kafka, Spark, and/or other big data technologies
- Experience with Scala or other JVM technologies
- Experience with Spring or Spring Boot
- Experience with Hibernate or other ORM technologies.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.

Colorado Pay Range: From %2488,737 to %24159,727 per annum
