Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Property Asset Management 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. he selected candidate will manage the Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Engineering Property System, EPS, within the Systems Test and Evaluation organization. They will be responsible for managing a diverse organization of 75+ employees who support all programs in the Aeronautics Sector customer base, from Parts Integration, Acquisition, Stockroom Operations through consumption/program closeout. Tasks include staffing, employee development, establishing and implementing policy, program support, leading community of practice meetings, customer training and increasing organizational competitiveness. Selected candidate will also interface with Business Management, Property Management, Compliance and GSC in execution of the EPS work package. Required skills include exceptional communication with all levels of personnel from entry level to senior leadership as well as external and internal customers. Furthermore, the manager will periodically review company property processes to ensure they remain effective, efficient, and adhere to government regulations. Manager is also responsible as supplier manager for sectors calibration operations.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors of Arts in Business Management, Global Supply Chain or BS STEM related degree and 9 years of experience leading a project/ program team or 7 years with a Master's Degree.
* Experience in management of FAR/DFAR requirements
* Experience with SAP or similar business systems
* Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret

Preferred Qualification

* 9 years of relevant Global Supply Chain experience
* 4 to 6 years of management experience
* APICX certification
* Active Secret Clearance
