Oversee, manage and analyze activities associated with asset business systems to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence. Maintains property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Conduct internal and external property assessments and analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management; develop, recommend, and implement property management policy; and prepare periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc.

Responsibilities include:

* Assist with property tracking, material stocking, equipment calibration and asset managements of Air Force property
* Assist with monitoring, tracking, and receive COTS software, books and manuals
* Keep the internal databases, and Configuration database updated
* Prepare all property management documentation when necessary
* Assist with project management issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives
* Maintain good customer relations. Manage and meet customer expectations

Qualification

* Bachelor rsquo;s Degree plus 0 years of experience in one or more of the following: logistics, project, or property management, OR High School Diploma plus 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: logistics or coordination
* Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret and SCI Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with aircraft parts and inventories
* Experience with AssetSmart
* Knowledge of FAR associated with Gov 39;t property
