Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Sector is seeking a Security Manager level 2 at our Palmdale, CA location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assume the role as the Security Operations Manager at the Palmdale Aircraft Integration
Center of Excellence (PAICoE). This facility is situated on a Government Owned/Contractor Operated (GOCO) USAF
federal installation. The Area of Responsibility (AOR) also extends beyond the main campus and includes several offsite
locations (in/out of state). Oversees multiple security disciplines within the department (Company Security, Physical
Security, Emergency Management, Investigations/Counterintelligence, Executive Support, Plant Protection,
etc...). Active member of the USAF Antiterrorism/Threat Working Group (ATWG) and Integrated Defense Council (IDC).
Supports multiple programs (Proprietary, DoD, amp; SAP) and ensures overall compliance (Company, Customer, Lease,
Federal, County, amp; State).

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor 39;s Degree or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree
* Candidate must have and be able to maintain an Active FINAL U.S. Government security clearance at the DoD Secret level with a background investigation date within the 6 years
* Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with Special Program Access (SAP)
* In-depth knowledge of government regulatory guidelines (NISPOM, ICD 705, UL2050, etc hellip;)
* Candidate must have a minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Active Top Secret security clearance
* 4 plus years of Security Management experience
* Facility Security Officer (FSO) certification
* Detailed knowledge of NG Policies/Procedures and experience in managing Northrop Grumman security programs (DoD, SAP, Proprietary)
* Knowledge and or experience with USAF regulatory guidelines supporting Integrated Defense, Antiterrorism, Emergency Management, etc...
