Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Manager Supply Chain Programs 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse, individuals in the GSC Programs organization. This position will be located in San Diego, Ca.

This position will support the Global Hawk Enterprise as the GSC Program Manager and have a detailed focus on the entire Global Hawk portfolio for this legendary platform. The Global Hawk Platform is a High Altitude Long Endurance Autonomous Air Vehicle that provides SAR and EO/IR capability to the United Stated Air Force. Global Hawk is currently working through simultaneous Development, production and sustainment to continue to provide the state of the art capability to meet the overall mission.

Responsibilities of this role include:

* Acts as the main focal point for the Program Management Office (PMO) for the entire supply chain and coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met, and that appropriate mitigation plans are developed and executed to address any programmatic risks related to suppliers
* Ensures that prior to program execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) plans have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement and subcontracts strategies
* Leads supply chain Program execution and is accountable for resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolution
* Briefs the PMO and executive management on the status and issues affecting Program cost and schedule performance

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree with 9 years of experience in Aerospace Supply Chain Management and/or a combination of Supply Chain/ Project Management/Business Management experience; OR 6 years experience with a Master 39;s degree.
* Knowledge of FAR/DFAR supply chain requirements
* At least 2 years prior experience leading a team/process/project
* Knowledge of Earned Value Management
* Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior Northrop Grumman management experience
* Direct experience interfacing with executive leadership
* Experience with Northrop Grumman Business systems.
* Demonstrated familiarity with Northrop Grumman GSC processes and GSC functional organization
