Job Description

Overview:

Responsible for helping to lead and drive Talent Acquisition Recruiting within Supply Chain by sourcing and attracting candidates as well as assisting new colleagues as they apply, interview and begin their employment. Play a key role within the TA Team through assisting with the development of Recruitment Strategies and Hiring Processes. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

* Review the work from the TAC Team to ensure all open jobs are posted on internal and external job boards.

* Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System to manage through the hiring process.

* Take a leadership role within recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews where needed, scheduling on-site and external job fairs and greeting candidates.

* Help with building Community Relationships to will assist with candidate attraction. Assist with managing the seasonal recruitment efforts to drive applicant traffic.

* If necessary, help support and lead any Off-Site Hiring locations.

* Partner with TA Operations regarding screening/scheduling candidates.

* Coordinate and develop relationships with People Leaders to create interview calendars for open positions.

* Review and present Hiring Data to SC and TA Leadership.

* Assist with ordering and monitoring Background Checks and Drug Screening.

* Provide information to People Leaders as they communicate offers and inform candidates regarding Background Check/Drug Screening processes.

* Help identify hiring needs by reviewing reports and establishing relationships with local Supply Chain leaders and Central TA Partners.

* Oversee new hire paperwork, orientation, and associate badges.

* Provide other TACs resources to give to new hires regarding benefits, including direct deposit, tax forms, and AskHR.

* Oversee disposition and job postings when new hires do not report on the scheduled start date.

* Lead and manage processing any action from Referral Tracking or contacting candidates who need to schedule an interview or complete their application.

* Participate in Company required compliance audits, including I-9 reverifications and required postings where needed.

* All other duties as assigned.

* Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

* Minimum of two years of Human Resources, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.

Communication Skills:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedural manuals, and present information to senior management.

Mathematical Skills:

* Ability to use a calculator and apply basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication.

Reasoning Ability:

* Ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

* Ability to solve problems with abstract and concrete data.

Physical Demands:

* This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.

* May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

* May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.

* Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.

* May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.

Other Skills:

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

* Self-motivated; detail-oriented.

* Strong sense of urgency.

* Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and time management skills.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and collaborate and function as a member of a team.
