Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for managing staff and day-to-day operations of the Radiation Oncology Center. Reports to the Director of Oncology services and works closely with Medical Director of the Radiation Oncology Center. Must possess the ability to work effectively with physicians and employees in all entities and levels of corporation. Performs other work of the Department as appropriate and is responsible for assigned sections on a 24-hour basis. Assists in establishing and maintaining policies and procedures for Radiation Oncology. The selected candidate will oversee the billing processes of the department, work with the Marketing department to support growth and promote cancer care, assists with hospital and department accredited committees as necessary and on designated committees.

Required Skills:

Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience inRadiation Oncology, Radiology, or clinical setting required.

RequiredLicense/Certifications:

RT (T) or RN Preferred

BLS required and provided, or obtained during first week ofhire.
