Watertown Regional Medical Center, Watertown Wi, is seeking a Quality Analyst. Will work under the direction of the Director Safety and Clinical Quality, this position will lead, develop, design, and implement clinical data analysis initiatives for a variety of customers needing clinical data across Watertown Network. Demonstrate a mastery of a variety of analytical methods and statistical/modeling and reporting/data visualization techniques. Design and implement project reports and data presentations appropriate for use with Executive and Physician Leadership and Clinical staff. Ensure project methodologies are sound and that departmental data output is thoroughly tested and documented. Functions as a change agent and leads teams of associates to bring about process modifications to improve the functioning of each clinical site, resulting in enhancements to the quality of patient care delivery along with improvements to the financial performance of the PHO as a whole. Exercise independent judgment and discretionary decision making ability related to clinical project management. Develop and maintain positive relationships between providers, employers, WRMC Associates and office managers. Supports Fiscal Services in contract work, assurance of accurate and timely publicly reported data, maintenance of specialty databases, meeting attendance, timelines and deadlines. Job Requirements
Qaulifications
Minimum of Bachelors degree required. Bachelors degree in nursing, health care administration, coding, social science, statistics, mathematics or related analytical field required. 2 years of analysis/statistical experience within the health care field required.
Must demonstrate a mastery of Excel spreadsheets, common statistical software packages and basic macro language.
Must demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects.
Must be able to provide leadership and strong decision making and problem solving skills
