In this position, you will be an intern in the Power Delivery research team within Intel Labs. As an intern you will be researching and designing circuits and developing concepts for on die power conversion, energy harvesting, and voltage regulation. You will perform circuit design, modeling, simulations and analysis to validate assumptions evaluate performance, efficiency of the on-die power conversion circuits. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: - Good analytical skills - Problem solving skills as well - Independent work ethic and intuitive thinking is required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: - Must be pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering. - Must have 4+ years of work or educational experience in power conversion circuits/topology design and analysis, mixed signal circuit design and analysis, power delivery control modeling and analyses. Preferred Qualifications: - Course work and theoretical background in Power Electronics, Power converters, DC-DC regulation is highly desired.
