Come and join us for a summer Internship! Intel is seeking highly motivated students to join the Barefoot Switching Division (BXD) in our ASIC Group as a summer Intern! We're a vibrant team which helps drive Intel's programmable switching technology and products to position Intel Tofino as the switching platform of choice and for the Cloud, Data Center, Enterprise and Telco network deployments.
We are looking for someone who aspire to become a system engineer. You will be working with an experienced team who is responsible for providing drivers the ASICS and provide APIs to access the ASIC.
Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/ or work experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Candidate should be pursuing MS or PhD in Computer Science or Electrical engineering or related field.
6+ months experience in the following courses:
* Data Structures, Operating Systems, Analysis and Design of Algorithm and Computer Architecture Fundamentals
* Experience in programming languages, C/C++, Python
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ months experience in the following courses
* Networking Fundamentals
