As part of the Finance team, you'll have a wide array of responsibilities. Specifically you will perform the following:

Assembly Test Costing

* Partner with our Outsourced Assembly Test (OSAT) business partners to run and optimize the business.

* Perform ROI and trade-off analysis among different Assembly Test vendors to optimize cost.

* Track and measure cost savings from the procurement team and to hold them accountable to committed vendor price reductions.

* Complete month end and quarter end Close including any necessary journal entries.

Annual Budgeting and Strategic Planning

* Support the end to end annual budget process for Assembly Test.

* Collaborate with the finance teams on cost models on inputs and supply builds.

* Provide support, inputs and analytics to the strategic planning process for Assembly Test.

Process Improvements

* Maintain or improve upon standard operating procedures utilized by the cost team.

* Identify and recommend costing process improvements to drive efficiencies, standardization, accuracy, or timeliness.

* Support special projects outside of day to day costing activities, as necessary.

Controls and Risk Management

* Reconcile costing system to general ledger for month end and quarter end Close

* Contribute to the design and implementation of controls improvements

* Support audit activity as needed

This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK Hynix (You can read more about the transaction in the press release - https://newsroom.intel.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/11/2020/10/nand-memory-news-q-a.pdf). This transaction enhances the resources and potential of the business' storage solutions, including client and enterprise SSDs, in the rapidly growing NAND Flash space amid the era of big data.
This is an exciting time to join a business with one of the most advanced 3D NAND and SSD technology portfolios in the world. You will be part of a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK Hynix.
This position aligns to Phase 1 of the transaction, which includes the 3D NAND enterprise and client SSD business. Phase 1 is expected to close in late 2021, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. At deal close, all employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition from Intel to SK Hynix.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 5+ years of experience, or MBA with 3+ years of experience

* Proficient at MS Excel and PowerPoint.

* This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Preferred qualifications:

* Prior Cost experience highly desired.
