We have two open positions. One supporting Global Talent Acquisition and the second supporting Global Diversity, Inclusion and Social Impact.

About Global Talent Acquisition: Our organization is responsible for hiring the best and brightest talent for Intel. We are a team of committed professionals dedicated to leveraging technology business insight and customer service to deliver exquisite hiring experience to candidates, hiring managers, and business partners. We are looking for an Intern to help program manage our 2021 Summer Intern Program. In this role you will assist the Intern & Experience team with any ad hoc projects, including finding ways for us to operate more efficiently supporting day-to-day operations, etc. You will be an integral part of the process that ensures we have a very successful Summer Intern Program in the US Region. You will partner with the Business Units to ensure a successful execution of Intern Program deliverables across the US and Canada. You will join a highly innovative and driven team focused on providing world-class talent workforce solutions.

About Global Diversity and Inclusion: As a Program Manager in HR, you will be instrumental in managing, planning, and executing the Corporate Intern Program for Summer 2021. In addition, you will also assist the team with any ad hoc projects, including finding ways for us to operate more efficiently supporting day-to-day operations, etc. You will be an integral part of the process that ensures we have a very successful Summer Intern Program in the US Region. You will partner with the Business Units to ensure a successful execution of Intern Program deliverables across the US and Canada. You will join a highly innovative and driven team focused on providing world-class talent workforce solutions.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Managing the execution of various program activities and events

* Presenting in front of a large audience and give direction and guidance.

* Executing communications to an internal and external audience

* Compiling and tracking critical success indicators

* Miscellaneous duties associated with the execution of the various programs

* Aiding in the development and execution of scalable marketing strategies

The successful candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

* Project Management with ability to manage multiple moving parts

* Creative ability to think outside the box

* Ability to navigate ambiguity

* Sharp communication skills (verbal and written)

* Ability to engage with key stakeholders (i.e Intel leaders, new employees, etc.)

Qualifications

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level courses, projects, research, and relevant previous work experience.

This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship. Intel sponsors individuals for employment-based visas for positions where we experience a shortage of US Workers. These skills shortage roles are typically STEM contributing positions requiring a Bachelor's degree with three years' related job experience. This position does not qualify for Intel Sponsorship because it is either (1) a non-STEM contributing position, or (2) a STEM position that only requires a Bachelor's degree and less than three years' experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or a STEM related field.

* Experience in using Microsoft Office Applications (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.), applying Project Management skills, aiding in the building and execution of various events (i.e. trainings, networking, etc.), etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Event planning management experience.

* Project Management interests and education.

* Business process and/or Marketing collateral documentation and improvement experience.

* Exposure to Science, Technology, Engineering and/or Math related courses, projects, research, and/or job experience.
