The Finance recruiting team is part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, and centrally manages the interviewing, hiring and placement process for all incoming Finance interns and college graduate candidates. The analyst role is pivotal in maintaining hiring requisition and process compliance, scheduling and managing the interview process with Finance managers, partnering with recruiting managers to develop and deliver competitive job offers within corporate guidelines, all while ensuring a compelling candidate experience.
The analyst will also assist internal and external candidates with navigation through the interview and hiring processes and staffing tools, which requires a high degree of communication and interpersonal people skills. Candidates for this position are acting as an ambassador for Intel as a great place to work, while promoting the Intel Finance employer brand. The analyst will also provide support for our world class intern conference in the summer, helping with activity coordination and scheduling.
