This position will require the successful candidate to complete a full scope of operations in running and maintaining facilities systems with a focus on mechanical systems (working knowledge of boilers, chillers, exhaust, and HVAC equipment a must) and work across various facilities disciplines.

The successful candidate will be required to work a compressed day work week schedule.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Supporting factory tool installs, de-install, and construction activities.
* Candidate must also cross-train in facilities operations and maintenance activities while providing excellent customer service.
* Performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems.
* Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating, and cooling systems.
* Conducting preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties.
* Assignments are semi-routine in nature with work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problems.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position and will be compensated accordingly. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

* The candidate must possess at least one of the following:
* Associates of Arts or STEM degree in Mechanical, Engineering Technology, or related field.
* Military service with 1+ years of work experience in facilities, maintenance, troubleshooting/repairing equipment.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, troubleshooting/repairing equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with industrial mechanical systems operations and/or vibration analysis a plus.

* Proficiency in Maximo and ICMTL, SPEED a plus.
