The Quartus Pro Team within Intel's Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Level EDA Software Engineer. As a Senior Level EDA Software Engineer you will be responsible as the project lead to kickstart a team of senior engineers, part of the Synthesis Team, adding structured ASIC support to the traditional FPGA portfolio. Your scope of work will include:

* Creating project specs/architecture/definition

* Managing the project timeline

* Defining success criteria & quality metrics

* Equipping the team with proper knowledge of the existing software stack

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.

* 8+ years of EDA experience or related industry

* 5+ years of experience with SystemVerilog and VHDL

* Master's Degree in EE, CE, CS or related field

Preferred Qualifications

* PhD in EE, CE, CS or related field

* Experience developing ASIC/FPGA Compiler
