In this position, you will be a part of the test capabilities team within the Internet of Things (IOTG) Product Development Engineering group. The team is engaged from product definition through qualification, focusing on both strategical and tactical engagements to ensure the products on the IOTG roadmap will be manufacturable.

The role will provide various opportunities to work and interact with other groups, as you:

* Engage with 3rd party IP vendors regarding DFT requirements and plans.

* Involve early in product development to detail PDE test requirements with design.

* Help define new product test requirements or optimizations for future products.

* Identify and close test quality gaps related to manufacturing test.

* Adapt and flex skills to help address other PDE aspects of product development.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field

With 4+ years of experience or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience.



Minimum Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in the following areas:

* Semiconductor product development

* IO protocols, DFT architectures, and design specs.

* DFT test content and implementation as it pertains to manufacturing and ATE tester capabilities.

* Scripting experience with Python or PERL.

* Circuit knowledge.

* Semiconductor industrial, possess semiconductor HVM manufacturing process flow knowledge.


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

* System Verilog knowledge.

* HDMT tester architecture knowledge.

* Statistical data analysis and data system automation skills using tools like JMP or SQL.
