Data Center Platform Architecture Integration and Validation (PAIV) team is looking for Data Engineers to join our dynamic and growing team. You will bring your broad understanding of data analysis and interfacing with Architecture, Design, and Pre-Silicon Validation teams in improving post-silicon quality. In this role, you will be responsible for: building data collection and analysis for current and upcoming Memory and PM technologies on server products.

In this role you will have opportunities to use predictive modeling, statistics, Machine Learning, Data Mining, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and extract insights from structure and unstructured data. Other opportunities include develop software, algorithms and applications to apply mathematics to data, perform large scale experimentation and build data driven apps to translate data into intelligence, solve a variety of business problems and enable business strategy.

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Operation Research, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related

* 6+ months of work or internship experience as an engineer or data scientist.

* Experience in Hadoop and/or Python

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree in degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Operation Research, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline

* 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering role (or experience with RDBMS or Oracle or SQL or ETL)
