Intel Estimating is seeking a Senior Civil Structural and Architectural CSA Estimator with experience supporting large complex semiconductor fab projects in a global environmentIndividual must have have extensive technical estimating experience and is expected to be the recognized CSA construction estimating expert within the companynbspLeadership and technical influence of all aspects of estimating are to be provided inclusive of feasibility studies and benchmarking cost models andor tops down estimating control estimates risk evaluations bottoms up or definitive estimatingbill of quantity BOQ development market and bid analysis and claims resolution assistanceFamiliarity with and exposure to industry wide estimating systems and construction cost data basesDesign engineering experience and knowledge of all phases of construction projects are criticalAs the owners representative candidate should be skilled at navigating crossorganizational boundaries to align and influence senior leadership thinking and decision makingCollaboration and teamwork in a complex and fast paced environment are a mustnbsp

Qualifications

You must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for this position
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates

Requirements
Possess a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, or a technically equivalent degree (Accounting or Business)
10 years of experience in estimating in large industrial construction project environments

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with semiconductor wafer fabrication facility systems and construction environments
Experience developing and modelling total construction project costs
Experience with BIM and 3D design modelling
Experience with various estimating systems and cost databases
