In Corporate Services, our Building Management Systems (BMS) control and monitor critical facilities systems, including power, cooling, fire protection, and more. The Americas Facilities Operations (AFO) BMS Program Manager will drive BMS operational improvements, establish and manage implementation standards, and ensure sustained excellence across the AFO sites.

This role will partner with site and campus system owners, Global BMS program manager, and IT sustaining support to ensure stability and deliver reliability improvements of these systems.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Defining minimum BMS standards for AFO site and establish regional roadmap toward alignment to these standards.
* Defining sustaining excellence for BMS program & monitoring health of AFO BMS program (e.g. system maintenance, standard alarm functionality, documented operational & network specs, and forecasted hardware/software EOL roadmap).
* Establishing and managing improvement roadmaps to drive AFO sites toward sustaining excellence.
* Serve as a technical point of contact for site system owners and an escalation point to IT and BMS vendors on issue resolution.
* Validate design and support major BMS projects and/or new BMS system implementation.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

* The candidate must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, and/or computer science) with 3+ years of experience, and/or Master degree in Electrical Engineering in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, and/or computer science) with 2+ years of experience.
* The candidate must possess at least one of the following experience requirements (Years of experience requested will be based on the criteria above):
* Industrial Automation and Building Management Control Systems.
* HVAC control systems & electrical power monitoring solutions programming/design/implementation.
* Building Management Control Systems hardware & networking installation, operation, and troubleshooting.

Preferred qualifications:

* 3 + years of working experience of big data.
* 3 + years of Project management experience.
