This role will develop and execute strategic internal communications programs that support Intel's culture evolution and top corporate priorities. You will partner with colleagues across Intel's Global Communications Group to deliver inspiring communications that connect employees to our culture transformation and growth strategy.

* Promote and protect Intel's reputation through best-in-class communications and marketing that inform and inspire employees and future talent about Intel, our people practices, and our workplace.

* Advance Intel's cultural evolution and growth strategy through inspirational storytelling that highlights Intel's purpose and our people.

* Help employees understand and align with our company strategy and our evolving culture, feel connected to Intel, and be inspired to deliver on our growth ambitions.

* Lead end-to-end communications program for Intel's employee sensing program, including delivering strategic plans that support enterprise surveys.

* Create strategic key messaging that connects HR programs to our cultural evolution and growth strategy for global audiences.

* Develop audience specific communications plans as needed for key audiences.

* Serve as a champion of the corporate narrative and apply it as well as promote its use with stakeholders.

* Collaborate with core culture stakeholders to develop employee communications strategies, plans and messaging that support culture programs and business priorities.

* Program managing priority enterprise communications campaigns, ensuring integration with partners across global communications, marketing and HR.

* Write and deliver audience-centric communication for a variety of channels, using content that drives employee engagement and supports leaders and managers to fulfill business expectations.

* Develop communications toolkits, templates and guidelines for communicators across Intel to use in support of delivering consistent messaging across the organization.

* Leads cross-functional teams to ensure plans are integrated and holistic, and partners with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategy.

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. This Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, business or related.

* Minimum of 4 years of internal, corporate or executive communications experience, Word and PowerPoint expertise a must; willingness to use Teams and Excel.
