General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Project/Task Manager to do the following:

* Must be able to support all project management activities
* Exceptional oral and written communication, organizational, critical thinking and analysis
* Expertise with Agile project management and waterfall methodologies
* Ability to rapidly prioritize competing requirements
* Meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions skills are essential
* Ability to communicate end user feedback to technical and design leads
* Proven knowledge of industry standards and best practices
* Expertise in technical leadership
* Hands-on experience creating, building, reviewing project documentation including but not limited to project plans, schedules, kick-off and close out templates, technical architecture documentation, test plans, release documents
* Expertise in documentation, presentation tools, and project management tools required

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience managing a wide variety of technical and administrative projects, including experience in directing technical staff, team members and contractors.
* Active Secret or Public Trust Clearance

Desired qualifications :
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
* Experience with Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes
* Government contracting experience
