Job Description

A. Work Requirement:

The Contractor shall develop operational versions of AI/ML model prototypes, created by the data scientist, in the Sponsor's cloud environments.

The Contractor shall support deployment of the operational AI/ML software to the Sponsor's cloud environments.

The Contractor shall support the development and deployment of HLT tools in Sponsor's IT systems.

The Contractor shall support the development of code and workflows to expedite the processing of multilingual data.

The Contractor shall work with the Sponsor's Human Language Technology (HLT) Program Manager, Data Scientist, and Localization Engineer.

The Contractor shall collaborate with Sponsor and contractor system administrators and IT staff.

The Contractor shall have the following required skills and demonstrated experience:

* Demonstrated experience with full software development lifecycle projects
* Demonstrated experience developing applications using layered architecture (database, search, and presentation layers)
* Demonstrated experience developing in the AWS cloud
* Demonstrated experience deploying and maintaining applications in cloud environments
* Demonstrated experience working with DevOps CI/CD pipeline principles
* Demonstrated experience using SecDevOps best practices
* Demonstrated experience developing with RESTful APIs and Microservices
* Demonstrated experience developing within a Serverless Architecture
* Demonstrated experience using programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
* Demonstrated experience using Java development tools

Other demonstrated experiences which are highly desired, though not required, include:

* Demonstrated Experience with Machine Learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
* Demonstrated experience using other commercial cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud
* Demonstrated experience developing in the C2S cloud
* Demonstrated experience with Elastic technology
* Demonstrated experience using cluster management for scaling
* Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) technologies such as Puppet, Chef or Ansible
* Demonstrated experience with JavaScript front end technologies such as Angularjs, Reactjs and Vuejs
* Demonstrated experience with MEAN and MERN stacks
* Demonstrated experience working with machine learning models
* Certifications:
* AWS Developer
* DevOps Certification
