Job Description
Assists with the completion of technical tasks.
Assists with providing solutions to technical problems of limited scope.
Assists with the basic installation and routine troubleshooting support of systems applications and related peripheral hardware.
Assists with deploying new hardware, software, and the upgrade of existing installations.
Maintains documentation for processes and procedure related to computer systems and operations.
