GDIT is looking for an Intel Lead/Intelligence Operations Support Sr. Advisor to support OPIAS (Operational, Planning, Implementation and Assessment Services), based in Tampa, Florida. This program supports Combatant Commands by enhancing IO (Information Operations) and integrating Information Related Capabilities (IRCs) in time and space across domains, environments, echelons, and geographic boundaries.
Responsibilities:
* Ensures provision of current and emergent intelligence to include situational awareness, operational reporting, and intelligence sharing among intelligence community and organizational stakeholders.
* Ensures Information Operations and related capabilities receive the full range of intelligence support in the collection, analysis, dissemination, de-confliction and cataloguing of actionable information. Coordinates, consolidates, submits, and tracks intelligence requirements and ensures synchronization with mission partners.
* Analyzes friendly and adversary products.
* Supports targeting processes to align collection plans and support measures of performance and measures of effectiveness indicators.
* Produces network analyses to inform operational planning.
* Ensures appropriate sharing among intelligence analysts and ISIO's across program.
* Identifies intelligence capability and resource gaps within program and makes recommendations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred).
* 10+ years of related experience.
* Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
* Experience supporting IO/MISO programs preferred.
