Job Description

Fluor, a Fortune 500 company, is one of the largest professional services firms, providing engineering, procurement, construction, project management and related services, on a global basis. Fluor is currently seeking a record-keeping administrator in our Law Department. This position will be located at the Dallas Headquarters office in Irving, Texas and will provide administrative support to the Paralegals and Billing Analyst within the Law Department.

Responsibilities for this position include the following:

Data entry and records management, with high level of efficiency and accuracy
Processing of invoices
Tracking and administering agreements with law firms and service providers

Working under direct supervision, responsibilities for this position may include:

Maintenance of corporate minute books and related files
Preparation of resolutions, officer certificates and meeting minutes
Physical and electronic filing of resolutions and related correspondence, agreements, documents and other corporate records
Filing of annual renewals and reports
Managing and updating director and officer information
Working with affiliates and service providers globally in the management of corporate enterprise records
Other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements

High School or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in professional office environment or combination of work experience and higher education
Good skills in Word and Excel, working knowledge of CSC Global is a plus
Experience in filing and data entry

Experience in legal support
Experience and working knowledge of Access, Concordance, CSC Global, Microsoft 365 Products (including Office, Teams, Excel and OneDrive) and SAP
