Job Description

Facebook is seeking a Director, Global Job Architecture to lead the end-to-end strategy, implementation and governance of our Job Architecture & Leveling practices. This role will partner with global cross-functional partners to ensure these critical foundational elements of career, compensation, training, etc. are best-in-class.The Director will be a strategic thinker who is a seasoned subject matter expert in job architecture, leveling and other related aspects, is an outstanding relationship builder and a change agent. This role will manage a team which also leads our global pay equity strategy. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in job grades and job architecture, can manage and lead through complex change, is a strong influencer, and can partner closely with highly cross-functional and matrixed teams to drive results.

Director, Global Job Architecture Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and manage the future state of Facebooks job architecture framework, including leveling

* Establish and implement an enterprise wide governance process for both job architecture and leveling

* Lead global strategy and execution of pay equity strategy

* Provide thought leadership on overall compensation strategy

* Partner closely with Compensation Leaders, People Analytics, Recruiting, HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, and other cross-functional groups to influence change and complexity and transition to the future state

Minimum Qualifications

* 15+ years experience in human capital functions

* 5+ years of experience leading job architecture and/or leveling programs

* 8+ years people management experience with proven track record of creating inclusive teams that grow and thrive

* Experience with strategy development, program design/management, and change management

* Experience thinking creatively and prototyping new ideas

* Experience operating in a matrixed and constantly evolving environment

* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience leading compensation strategy
