The Facebook Business Suite team owns the Facebook Business Suite service, offered on mobile and web. We serve an estimated 230 million businesses using Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp every month. Our team's mission is to maximize the value businesses receive from all Facebook properties (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) by offering a single product for businesses to drive, manage, and measure outcomes across Facebook Inc. Were looking for TPM with a strong QA background to help drive the quality effort for FBS. You will enjoy solving Quality challenges to make FBS an enterprise grade service product. The ideal candidate will have a background in a technical field, will have strong program management skills and experience working in a complex cross-functional environment. You are methodical, a self-starter, and passionate about quality which is key to the growth and success of a product offered to business customers. This role requires someone to drive projects and key initiatives across the FBS organization and the internal partners adding functionality into FBS. This person should be adept at managing efforts with tight deadlines, identifying and driving technical decisions, and building cross-functional relationships with Facebook Inc. teams. This person should work with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional counterparts to scope out projects, define milestones, and define success metrics.

Technical Program Manager, Quality Centric Responsibilities

* Work on building an enterprise-grade Quality engineering culture.

* Drive the quality for FBS, assess risks to and ensure shipping features with a high quality bar.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set quality requirements, goals and milestones.

* Work with QA and Engineers to define and execute test strategy for features added to FBS by the FBS org or by internal partner teams.

* Help tackle cross-platform engineering challenges and contribute creative ideas to the improve quality.

* Lead quality efforts that aligns with product objectives and develop scalable solutions.

* Implement and evolve processes to get effective test signal and scale testing efforts.

* Work with Data Science and Engineering to define Quality Metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the Product.

* Partner with engineering teams to leverage automation for scalable solutions to prevent regressions and ensure reliability of product.

* Reduce surprises during execution and own progress reporting.

* Be the glue between different cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, Research, Design and Data.

* Motivate and focus a large team to reach challenging goals.

* Assess business impact, prioritize initiatives and quickly react to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications

* Proven program management experience.

* Proven quality assurance and test engineering experience working on enterprise grade services.

* Hands-on experience with test planning, performance and stress testing, implementing and maintaining quality test automation of both client and server systems.

* Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools & automation frameworks.

* Communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

* Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.

* Analytical and problem-solving skills, exposure to large-scale systems and experience working directly with Engineering and Product teams.

* Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and demonstrating critical thinking capabilities.
