Job Description

The Apps Solutions team is within Facebooks Ads Group. Apps Solutions is looking for a dedicated Product-TPM to help drive key initiatives that will connect user privacy to a seamless advertiser experience. Due to changes in data privacy restrictions, we must help our advertising customers navigate user privacy changes while at the same time continuing to provide our high quality ads products. In this role, you will drive cross collaborations with different teams to improve ad quality and performance as well as rollout key programs and features to drive positive impact to revenue. As a Technical Program Manager on the team, you'll be responsible for defining functional requirements for new products and features, guiding high-level goals, roadmaps, monitoring progress and cross functional communications. You'll partner with Engineering, Product, and both internal and external partners to prioritize work based on impact and flawless execution.

Technical Program Manager - Apps Solutions Responsibilities

* Lead key initiatives and drive collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data, and operations to enable commerce experiences on our platform.

* Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.

* Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.

* Communicate status and big picture to the project team and management.

* Perform risk management and change management on projects.

* Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.

* Drive internal process improvements, remove gaps, across multiple teams and ensure teams are working on high impact projects that align with company mission and goals.

Minimum Qualifications

* B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

* 10+ years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience.

* 10+ years of experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.

* Knowledge of product user needs, requirements gathering, and defining scope.

* 10+ years of experience operating autonomously within a large organization and being a thought leader to cross functional teams.

* 10+ years of experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.

* 6+ years of analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale technical systems.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

* Technical knowledge and/or experience in Advertiser Privacy, Mobile Apps, or Advertiser Apps.

* Experience managing platform products and roadmaps.
