Job Description

Facebook is seeking a Risk Systems, Strategy and Innovation Lead to join the Legal Risk Management team. This position will play a key role in supporting Facebook's compliance and risk management strategy and will be focused on design, implementation and ongoing management of the legal risk management teams technology, data strategy and roadmap. We are looking for a highly motivated team player who is a strong leader with technical and business depth, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, has strong program management expertise, and risk/trust & safety experience to establish alignment amongst a diverse set of stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives. Risk Systems, Strategy and Innovation Lead Responsibilities

* Develop, manage and advance risk management technology and data strategy and roadmap

* Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to understand compliance and risk management requirements

* Partner with Legal Technology and Enterprise Engineering to define requirements, design, integrate, and scale Governance, Risk and Compliance infrastructure for the Legal Compliance organization

* Provide hands-on technical program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases

* Assist with reporting data and metrics around risk and create a continual feedback loop for system and process improvements

* Actively identify, prioritize and pursue opportunities to enhance Facebooks risk infrastructure and introduce innovative approaches and solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or another technical discipline

* 12+ years experience work with compliance technology and risk management systems

* Program design and system implementation experience

* Experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholder sets

* Experience designing, implementing and evolving strategy, solutions and systems intended to facilitate risk management and regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working at internet, technology, or telecommunications companies in a risk, compliance or trust and safety technology function

* Experience leveraging data science and advanced analytics to identify, measure and mitigate risk

* Experience and comfort working with data, including to measure program performance and inform priorities

* Experience working on anti-corruption, political activities, trade control, and environmental, health, and safety, payments, trust & safety, and supply chain management matters

* Strong program management skills and high degree of rigor and attention to detail

* Strong communication and presentation skills with experience influencing, building consensus and driving change

* Highly motivated and proactive with experience working with minimal supervision

* Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
