Job Description

The Executive Support Manager is responsible for delivering and supporting the latest technology while maintaining a high level of reliability for Facebooks Executive Leadership Team. This position is part of the Enterprise Engineering Organization, as such candidates must be passionate about technology, live for amazing customer service and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will have executive support experience, excellent interpersonal skills, as well cross-functional technical experience, including PC/Mac desktop support, networking, audio/visual and video conferencing support and project delivery.

Executive Support Manager Responsibilities

* Manages the executive support team across large or multiple regions/locations, including management of full-time employees.

* Holds team members and partners accountable for service delivery.

* Provides input to goal setting for the executive support team and puts in place measurements for tracking performance against goals.

* Manages and prioritizes executive support escalations and works with service teams to see issues through to resolution.

* Drives communication and prioritization within the business and global teams to ensure consistency.

* Solves issues, drives enhancements and improves Enterprise Engineering operations and service delivery.

* Maintains highest quality service possible for all Enterprise Engineering operational activities.

* Provides data-driven advice to Enterprise Engineering service owners and leads when it comes to regional business trends and needs.

* Identifies trending issues, gaps in processes or standards, and shares with cross-functional teams.

* Develops and maintains healthy relationships with customers and partners.

Minimum Qualifications

* BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience in a technical position or technical company.

* 5+ years experience in executive support.

* 5+ years experience managing people/teams delivering IT support services with a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.

* 5+ years experience in supporting one or more Enterprise Infrastructure areas such as Messaging Systems, Collaboration Tools, Networking, Active Directory, LDAP, DB fundamentals, backup/storage.

* 5+ years experience driving IT service improvements at an organizational level.

* Experience leveraging knowledge of business applications to influence service owner priorities to improve customer efficiency.
