Our Global Security organization is comprised of multiple teams that work together to support our operations around the globe. From buildings and servers, to prototypes and ideas, we ensure Facebooks physical and intellectual assets are safe and secure and make informed decisions to protect Facebooks reputation. The ideal candidate will be a proven supply chain security professional with a passion for corporate security and excels at managing a global team. The candidate will lead a global team, be responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and quality control of strategic programs that mitigate risk to the business verticals. This is a very collaborative and cross-functional role that partners closely with many Facebook internal teams, Global Security teammates and external security service providers for success.

Global Supply Chain Security Manager Responsibilities

* Manage a global team of supply chain security professionals, while assessing risks and providing solutions to the business that mitigate those risks to Facebooks people, assets and reputation.

* Assess the global supply chain landscape and recommends modifications to security plans and supply chain operations.

* Assist with the management of expenses and annual budget development.

* Manage a collection of measurement matrices and measurements to display the supply chain security environment, status, and value.

* Manage supply chain security educational and training programs focusing on policy and procedures for handling of IP and protecting confidential information.

* Manage the infrastructure and maintenance of supply chain security standards, requirements, tools, and process documentation.

* Manage risk mitigation within core infrastructure programs and design solutions which enable the business by focusing on protecting user privacy while ensuring security of key hardware technology.

* Manage core contract negotiation, development, implementation, and continuous validation for supply chain language integration with third party vendors.

* Provide transformational leadership qualities to motivate and engage a global team of FTE and contract employees.

* Intensively engage with cross-functional key stakeholders such as Logistics, Hardware and Quality Engineering, Data Eradication, Information Security, Trade Ops, Legal, Risk Management and Trade Legal to comprehend the business strategy and provide integrated supply chain security programs that support the business.

* Collaborate to translate strategic priorities to goals and recommend & execute on continuous operational synergies.

* Provides expertise in the Facebook Portfolio for global trade security programs such as Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT), Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), Singapore Trade First (STP) and other Trade security initiatives as needed.

* Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%, with little notice to accomplish assignments and responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree with a proven experience designing, establishing and managing global supply chain security programs within a growing retail consumer or research matrixed organization.

* 6+ years of experience collaborating within a hardware engineering environment.

* 10+ years of experience working within a corporate security function.

* Experience in supply chain security, TAPA requirements, C-TPAT, AEO and other trade security initiatives.

* Experience designing, planning, and executing logistics field operations that support secure movement of goods within the global supply chain.

* Experience building relationships and collaborating with multiple stakeholders within different business verticals, as well as third party vendors and partners.

* Possesses planning and organizational skills.

* Experience infusing innovation and creativity.

* Demonstrated analytic and critical thinking skills that drive results.

* Self-motivated and experience being successful in a dynamic industry.

* Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

* Masters degree (MBA, MS or MA)

* Physical security program management experience

* Project management certifications

* Trade and/or Dangerous Goods experience

* Confidential materials waste management experience within the consumer electronics field

* TAPA audit certification

* ASIS or other professional security organization memberships
