The ideal candidate will be an experienced business manager, who excels in managing global programs and has a passion for corporate security, program development, and problem solving. With the proven ability to initiate and deliver high-level program initiatives, this manager will need to have strong project coordination and problem solving skills. The candidate will work as part of the Global Security Services team, managing the program development of existing and new programs and initiatives. As the Global Security Program Manager, you will manage programs to ensure global program development is aligned to Global Securitys priorities and Global Security Services goals and objectives. The candidate will analyze Global Security operations, strategic initiatives, technology, intelligence reporting, and processes to deliver effective programmatic improvements and new solutions for the Global Security Services team. Must be motivated by the desire to optimize productivity, can operate in ambiguity, and drive program success from inception to completion.

Global Security Program Manager (Group Support) Responsibilities

* Work closely with cross functional partners to create, develop, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives

* Coordinate the development of program protocols for evaluation and improvement

* Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

* Lead multiple project teams within Global Security, ensuring program goals are reached

* Analyze budgets for maximum productivity

* Create solutions or case to support business needs

* Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned members to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

* Lead program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, coordinate and execute cross-project initiatives

* Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

* As needed, execute budget requirements for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

* Work with other program leaders to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department and company

* Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in business administration or related field

* 2+ years of experience in an advanced management role

* Proven time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

* Working knowledge of corporate security or service organizations

* Working knowledge of change management principles

Preferred Qualifications

* Masters degree in business administration or related field

* Proven proposal experience

* Stakeholder/cross functional management skills
