We are seeking a highly strategic, driven, and analytical Finance Manager to support WhatsApp. This role will work directly with WhatsApp Business and Partnerships global leaders. The Finance Manager will manage and drive key aspects of WhatsApps financial plan, including budgets, investment decisions, and strategic decision support. The role will physically sit with the WhatsApp group, and will involve regular interactions with business and finance leaders. Broadly, the Finance team focuses on using our unique view into business performance to see trends and opportunities within WhatsApp and broadly within Facebook. Finance Manager - WhatsApp Responsibilities

* Drive financial planning processes related to headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

* Present outcomes and business outlook to stakeholders across WhatsApp and Finance

* Own relationships with a range of product and business leaders

* Build thoughtful resource allocation analyses to drive better investment decisions

* Collaborate cross-functionally with other FP&A groups, as well as operations including purchasing, accounting, corporate finance

* Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and methodologies

Minimum Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience in business strategy or finance

* BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related discipline

* Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working at a leading technology company or high growth company

* Communication skills with experience building relationships with people across all levels of the organization

* Analytical and problem solving skills

* Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

* MBA
