Operations Specialist Lead

Job Description

Facebook is looking for an experienced operations manager to join our GMS Learning team, supporting the sales teams globally. In this position, you will lead a team who manage our learning operations, including session scheduling, reporting, budget, and project intake and management. This role requires a strong understanding of learning operations, but also needs to function as a leader in cross functional projects and stakeholder relationships.

Operations Specialist Lead Responsibilities

* Manage a team of global Operations Specialists

* Create and optimize operational standards to ensure consistent support across the globe

* Oversee budget planning for GMSL, including regular tracking, reporting, and quarterly reallocations

* Ensure all operations for global learning sessions are executed with an efficient, timely and repeatable process

* Develop and track team KPIs, support performance management and provide career coaching

* Track weekly project information including current project status, project completion data and prioritize the pipeline of incoming requests

* Maintain relationships with cross-functional partners to facilitate feedback and optimize their operational experience

Minimum Qualifications

* BA/BS degree in education, marketing, operations or other related field

* 8+ years of operational experience

* 3+ years of people management experience

* Experience working independently, managing multiple concurrent projects, and driving initiatives in a cross-functional, face-paced environment

* Experience in project management, specifically with operational projects

* Understanding of digital marketing and advertising teams and internal workings of agencies
