Facebooks social impact organization is focused on supporting world-changing nonprofits and charities that are working at global and local levels to provide aid, give communities support, solve major social issues and so much more. We help empower social impact partners with products, programs and resources that accelerate and amplify the good they are doing. To date, over $2 billion has been raised for nonprofits around the world through Facebooks charitable giving tools. Our team is searching for an analyst to help to understand and quantify opportunities for delivering value and driving fundraising success for nonprofits on Facebook and Instagram at scale. This individual will leverage internal and external data sources to define program strategy, and measure program performance for future iteration. Ideal candidate is a team player and loves breaking down problems, building solutions, delivering actionable and data-driven insights, and working in a changing environment.

Partnerships Social Impact Program Analyst, Media Community Development Responsibilities

* Develop data centric strategies to drive effective scaled programs for media partners across lead acquisition, product engagement and growth education.

* Work with program managers and partner managers to help define strategy, create metrics to evaluate success and measure impact of outreach channels and service models for nonprofits.

* Design and evaluate experiments to help identify key levers behind program success and enable go-to-market planning.

* Analyze and rigorously measure results and make data-driven recommendations for optimization of future programs and campaigns.

* Build data pipelines, queries, and reporting from multiple data sources (internal and external) to generate partner dataset for marketing and program managers to leverage.

Minimum Qualifications

* BA or BS degree

* 5+ years of experience with SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)

* 5+ years of experience in a data-centric role

Preferred Qualifications

* A/B testing experience

* Experience at a consumer technology or media company

* Experience in growing scalable programs for Sales or Partnerships teams

* Experience or knowledge of the nonprofit sector

* Experience working in organizations with cross functional teams

* Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in dynamic environments

* Experience multi-tasking and adapting well to changing environment

* Strong presentation and communication skills
