Businesses have also rapidly started to adopt the business API and business app. Conversational commerce enables businesses and customers to have a personal, natural and convenient relationship. We are looking to grow the business product team and this role is to ensure that business to consumer interactions are all high quality. It is still early days and you have an opportunity to shape the product and platform for how business to customer communication happens for billions of people. WhatsApp is seeking an exceptional individual to help with product development for our business products, and other initiatives across the company. If you have demonstrated experience in building new products, have empathy for both consumers and businesses and want to unlock the potential of WhatsApp to serve millions of businesses and billions of people, we would be excited to hear from you. WhatsApp is a start-up environment where youll be expected to roll-up your sleeves and work collaboratively with engineers, designers and other cross-functional partners. Youll expect to push the boundaries of whats possible in a mobile app, how to deliver value to users and businesses while sharing in our healthy obsession for quality and attention to detail.

Product Manager, WhatsApp Business Responsibilities

* Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product features

* Drive product development from small features to entirely new products

* Work hands-on with designers and engineers to implement and build new features that meet our standards of simplicity and quality

* Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years product management or product design experience

* 5+ years of experience in technical architecture of mobile applications

* 5+ years experience designing user interfaces

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in local, platforms, enterprises, commerce, and/or ads

* Understanding of International markets

* Knowledge user of WhatsApp

* Knowledge with economic empowerment and messaging
