Facebook is looking for a seasoned Finance Manager to support the Partnerships Finance team and Organization. Partnerships is a complex organization that supports all of the products across the company and plays a critical and high visibility role in delivering revenue, engagement, and user growth. In this role, you will be a part of a dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis team that manages Facebooks operating expenses, headcount, and strategic planning process. We focus on using our unique view into the numbers to see trends and opportunities that are developing within Facebook and within related industries. Successful candidates for this team have a bias toward action, have exceptional partnership and communication skills, and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast. You will have the unique opportunity to drive scaled FP&A support across the finance team, consolidation, and partner directly with the Partnerships Central Functions organization as their strategic finance partner. You will be accountable for increasing the efficiency of the Partnerships Finance team by project managing continuous process and tooling/automation improvements, working with cross-functional partners, and exporting best practices. You will also work in close partnership with the business to create thoughtful resourcing decisions, drive accountability and efficiency in operations and build a deeper understanding in financial results. The role will challenge the candidate in not only driving efficiency for the finance team but also working through complex cross-partnerships initiatives to provide strategic decision support to the leadership team. Finance Manager, Partnerships Responsibilities

* Define and implement scalable financial processes related to quarter-end close, forecasting, long range planning, and other finance processes.

* Help to support and mentor center of excellence analyst(s) focused on driving operational support for broader finance team.

* Contribute to cross partnerships initiatives such as annual planning and goal setting.

* Build thoughtful analyses to drive better investment decisions and tradeoffs, and measure the results of various programs.

* Influence business partner decisions through ad hoc analytics and business insights.

* Manage processes related to quarter-end close, including accruals and management reporting.

* Partner with Partnership stakeholders on strategic, operational, and financial planning decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

* B.S. in Finance or Accounting

* 6+ years of nancial planning and analysis experience

* Proven record in identifying process issues and scoping solutions

* Experience interacting with management

* Experience with Oracle and Hyperion

Preferred Qualifications

* Corporate finance experience

* Experience in coaching and mentoring a high performing team

* Strong organization skills, time management skills, detail-orientation, project management skills and ability to multi-task

* Strong communication, interpersonal and proven business partnership skills with a bias towards strategic thinking and conceptual understanding

* Experience keeping up with a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines in a timely manner
