Enterprise Supplier Tools Manager

Job Description

Facebook is searching for an experienced Enterprise Supplier Tools Manager to facilitate Enterprise Supplier Management initiatives at Facebook. This individual will work collaboratively with key stakeholders in Internal Audit, Legal, Finance, Enterprise Products, numerous business unit supplier management teams, and Sourcing Operations to develop and implement a supplier risk and performance management program at the enterprise level. This includes helping to drive the strategy, roadmap, processes, tools, reporting, policies and metrics throughout the lifecycle of the supplier relationship. They will assist the Head of Enterprise Supplier Management to deliver progressive thought leadership, robust policies/processes, technology/tools, training, governance, and excellent customer service. This role requires someone who thrives in a flat, fast-moving organization using lightweight processes, creative ideas and quick iteration to make a significant impact. This individual will have an opportunity to influence account management strategies, build and maintain performance management tool kits, and develop/implement risk mitigation plans for Facebooks key supplier relationships.

Enterprise Supplier Tools Manager Responsibilities

* Configure and maintain risk and performance domains and verticals, and questionnaires, assessments, and surveys

* Manage multiple connector and API configurations to/from Enterprise Supplier Management tools and Facebook's systems, including integrations with screening tools

* Perform role permissioning and control user access, as needed

* Implement tool enhancements and manage associated change control in collaboration with Enterprise Products and Global Process Team, influencing application development managers in Enterprise Products and Business Units where needed

* Scale tools, processes, and workflows to streamline supplier risk and performance management and evaluate cross-functional requirements and partner with relevant teams for implementation

* Deliver Supplier Risk and Performance reporting dashboards and enhance analytical capabilities using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (i.e. SQL, Tableau) to help identify trends, drivers, and areas of opportunity

* Develop and demonstrate proficiency with BI capabilities. Perform data interrogation across tools using advanced SQL

Minimum Qualifications

* B.A. or B.S. degree in data analytics, business, supply chain, procurement, finance or related discipline

* 8+ years of experience in Strategic Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Performance Management or Third-Party Risk Management along with extensive data extraction and analysis skills

* Experience balancing multiple initiatives at once

* Experience in evaluating, developing and implementing supplier performance management solutions

* Procurement systems, processes, and tools experience

* Experience driving change and improving end-to-end processes using data-driven analyses

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA

* Experience flourishing and influencing others in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity

* 7+ years of experience in project management, data analytics, procurement and supplier relations in a technology environment
