From buildings and servers, to prototypes and ideas, we ensure Facebooks physical and intellectual assets are safe and secure and make informed decisions to protect Facebooks reputation. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional individual contributor who takes a broad perspective to problem-solving and excels at influencing business decisions with cross functional teams at varying levels of an organization. S/he will drive business continuity lifecycle best practices through proactive collaboration/engagement with key stakeholders, customers and external regulators in defining and executing business continuity strategies for Facebooks Financial (F2) Payments Platform i.e. Novi, Facebook Pay, WhatsApp Payments, Messenger and Instagram. S/he will be astute in both strategy design and execution. This is a cross-functional role that sits within Global Securitys Global Business Resilience team and will work closely with key partners and key leaders across corporate functions, and business segments.
Global Security Business Continuity Manager Responsibilities
* Design, and execute world-class business continuity life-cycle activities for F2 entities. These include periodic business impact assessments, business continuity plans development, tests and exercises, and training & awareness initiatives
* Support periodic or ad hoc compliance reviews with mandated regulatory and privacy requirements for Facebook
* Facilitate interdependency mapping and stress testing of key F2 processes/products and payment systems
* Define and monitor metrics and control plans to show achievement of business continuity KPIs
* Create strong formal and informal networks with cross functional partners to drive engagement and program sustainability
* Conduct plan development, training, and exercise workshops with business units to raise business continuity awareness and preparedness for crisis or business disruptive events
* Enhance the maturity of F2s BC program to ISO 22301 Certification
* Benchmark industry best practices and drive continuous improvement for the BC Program
* Support coordination of third-party due diligence activities
* Support incident/crisis management activities and response as required
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelors degree or 10+ years of relevant work experience in Business Continuity
* 7+ years of managerial experience
* DRII Certified Business Continuity Professional, CBCP or Master Certified Business Continuity Professional (MBCP)
Preferred Qualifications
* Extensive experience working in e-commerce payments
* Experience working in a complex, cross-functional global company
