Enterprise Products solves complex business problems at Facebook through a combination of building and buying best-in-class enterprise solutions. We help Facebook business teams achieve more effective and productive outcomes, at scale. Safety & Workspace Products supports a set of large and disparate businesses across Facebook to help keep our Facebook staff, partners, and visitors safe, productive, and delighted by our work environment. We are seeking a creative, problem solver that can identify the most important business problems and solve those with best-in-class industry solutions. This role requires a product mindset, understanding your customer and identifying what really matters. Relationship building and influence are required across internal and external stakeholders, as you drive business outcomes that change the trajectory of Facebook.

Application Manager, Physical Security Responsibilities

* Work with the business to identify, design, and execute best-in-class vendor solutions

* Understand risks, issues, status, and fix problems to get the project back on track

* Understand and design how vendor solutions work with in-house products and solutions (e.g. integrations)

* Help make buy vs build decisions based on principles and objective evidence

* Work closely with business and PMs to develop short and long-term strategies by understanding business and user needs

* Establish operational and goal metrics

* push for continuous improvement

* Build domain expertise for areas such as incident detection, access and visitor control, and guardforce technology

* Cultivate and manage complex internal and external relationships

* Ensure system security, data integrity, privacy, and legal of our systems

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years post-collegiate work experience building in-house software or implementing vendor software and systems

* 3+ years experience working with vendors and partners to identify, negotiate, influence, purchase, and implement complex systems

* 2+ years experience performing data analysis or BI and understanding SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

* Experience with PSIM, Video Analytics, Access Control, Security Operations (SOC) technology

* Experience with Workplace or Facilities technologies
