People Analytics Consulting Leader

Our People Analytics and Workforce Strategy (PAWS) team is seeking an experienced People Analytics leader to head our Analytics Consulting team. This role will report directly to the VP of PAWS. This team works closely with HR and Business leaders to synthesize insights and partner on data driven people strategies across Find, Grow and Keep lifecycle stages. In this role, you will be the key business integration point for PAWS, leading a talented team who utilize business context to inform people research and analysis. As an active partner to the business, you will empower your team to provide prescriptive, research driven guidance to leaders, share clear and actionable recommendations, and co-create implementations/projects with HR partners to drive substantive change for the business. This role will manage a large team and will help guide us in the evolution of our consulting practice, including playbooks, practices and business processes. The People Analytics Consulting Leader will successfully partner with their People Analytics peer teams managing Research, Data Solutions, Workforce Strategy, and Talent programs. In addition to partnerships across PAWS, the leader will establish deep working relationships with business leaders, HR leaders, and functional partners, such as Diversity and Finance. This individual will also play a leadership role in supporting the larger PAWS team as a member of the leadership team.

People Analytics Consulting Leader Responsibilities

* Client management, demand creation, active-listening, architecting and scoping of projects

* Depth in consulting management at scale - core processes and building playbooks to blend efficiency with specificity

* Excellence at meaning-making and synthesizing data and information into coherent storytelling, recommendations and influence

* Commitment to development and growth of the people on their team

* Bias for turning insight into action with meaningful impact

* Orientation for data/grounded in data as a source of truth

* Ability to work collaboratively in a relationship-oriented, matrixed, fluid, growing and complex environment

* Effectively partners with HR Business Partners to develop compelling insights and to deliver scaled solutions

Minimum Qualifications

* 12+ years of experience in an analytics or strategic HR consulting role at a large multinational company

* 8+ years experience leading through others and managing teams

* Demonstrated team leadership, partnership, influencing and communication experience

* Demonstrated experience navigating a fast paced, dynamic working environment

* Demonstrated track record of dealing with very sensitive data, and exercising proven judgment and discretion

* Demonstrated track record of leading other leaders, leading project teams/leading and influencing at scale

* Depth of experience with people strategies, analytics, change management, design-thinking, program and project management

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the technology or financial services industry

* MBA or PhD/MA/MS in Industrial & Organizational Psychology
