Facebooks Enterprise Product team is responsible for building integrated, scalable, and robust enterprise applications. We are currently looking for an experienced, insightful, forward-thinking specialist with a strong ability to design and execute products that power the enterprise. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in reimagining productivity by shipping transformative products that serve diverse aspects of the enterprise.

Application Manager, Transportation Management Systems Responsibilities

* Guide business users on TMS systems functionality and usage

* Draw up Roadmap for systems implementations to improve business operations and reduce cost

* Design, document techno-functional details and manage implementation of systems to support current and future business processes

* Support the expanding network of operations into the TMS system

* Develop and maintain the systems for transportation and logistics operations and maximize the impact of implemented TMS systems

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree

* 5+ years of experience in building and implementing leveraging Transportation Management System (TMS) knowledge to assist clients in the implementation and support of TMS packaged solutions

* Understanding of transportation execution including tendering processes, carrier management and performance reviews, service level evaluations and exception management

* Understanding of capabilities of and implementing Oracle OTM, or any other leading TMS to drive measurable results in consulting environments, experience in configuring the system

* 5+ years of experience configuring and developing process extensions in Oracle Transportation Management solution

* 2+ years of experience working on data models with hands-on experience to draft queries and perform data analysis

* Understand third Party Applications that go along with TMS

* 1+ years of experience designing applications and creating examples through wireframes and mockups

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Supply Chain or related field

* Experience understanding business logic

* Experience in understanding code bases, including API design techniques

* Experience implementing Oracle or other systems is preferred

* Analytical and quantitative skills with experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases

* Experience clearly communicating data insights to others
